The young Euphoria actor died recently at the age of 25 at his family home in California. The cause of his death is still unknown.
The departure of the young man is faster than his achievements. Conor Angus Cloud Hickey (Known as Angus Cloud) was born and grew up in 1998 in Oakland.
He started his career at a Woodlands restaurant located in Brooklyn, New York. There he was noticed by the Euphoria casting director Jennifer Venditti.
But at the beginning when Jennifer Venditti offered Angus the role, he thought that must be scammed. But over time, he overcame his doubts.
He entered a new and extremely different phase of his life when he played the role of Fezco in the HBO teen drama series Euphoria. He continued here for 4 long years till 2022. In the series, he created a character of a loveable drug dealer.
In the year of 2019, he was also seen in the television series The Perfect Woman.
He played a tiny role as Walker in an independent comedy-drama film North Hollywood in the year 2021.
He was not only bound here. He left his footsteps on the music videos too. It includes Noah Cyrus’s “All Three”, Juice World’s “Cigarettes” and Becky G, Karol G’s “Mami”.
This year he was captured in the film The Line. As well signed with United Talent Agency (UTA). Still, in the upcoming days, he’ll be found in 3 unreleased films including, Your Lucky Day, Freaky Tales, and an untitled Universal Monsters film.
The young man achieved these just within five years. He had a long way to go and could achieve much within these years. But all the ways slowed down because of his addiction.
Yes, he was an extreme drug addict. And his mother also suspected that the reason for her son’s death could be “overdosed”.
In one of his interviews, he mentioned that he was having substances from the age of 16. And had several problems with his addiction. He was even sent to rehab to get rid of his addiction as his addiction was severe.
Angus Cloud was often late for his rehearsals and couldn’t manage time as well as memorize scripts mentioned by his ex-manager.
The young actor was sent to rehab for getting a better life. And he stayed in rehab for several months and participated in sessions and therapies. And after these months when noticeable changes were seen at the time he returned from rehab.
But after returning from the rehab he relapsed within two days. His friends and places were the main reasons that triggered him.
He needed to bear the expenses of his addiction and livelihood. That ended up with the financial crisis. As well he started to lose connection with his loved ones.
And when he lost his father a few days back before his death that was an extreme shock for him. It was suspected that he had taken an overdose of drugs to deal with the mental situation. And this causes his death.
